Huevy provides tools to generate design system tokens for color palettes and typescale. You may use the service for personal or business projects, but not in ways that break applicable laws or infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the service is misused.

Some features require creating an account. You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account.

All content, software, and services provided by Huevy remain our property. You retain ownership of the design tokens you create with Huevy. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification of Huevy's platform is not allowed.

Most core features are available through paid subscriptions. Subscription details, including pricing and features, may change, and you will be notified of significant updates. Payments and billing are handled securely through third-party providers, and Huevy does not process or store your payment information.

Huevy is provided “as is” without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for damages, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from using the service.

Your use of Huevy is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will apply once published, and continued use indicates acceptance.
