Huevy provides tools to generate design system tokens for color palettes and typography scales. You may use the service for personal or business projects, but not in ways that violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if the service is misused.

Basic design system generation is available for free. Pro features include multiple design systems, API access, Figma plugin integration, and developer CLI tools. Pro subscriptions are required for advanced functionality and integrations.

Some features require creating an account. You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account.

All content, software, and services provided by Huevy remain our property. You retain ownership of the design tokens you create with Huevy. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification of Huevy's platform is not allowed.

Pro features are available through paid subscriptions. Payment processing is currently being updated and will be available soon. Subscription details, including pricing and features, may change with advance notice. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Pro users receive API access for integrating design systems into external tools and development projects. API usage must comply with rate limits and is intended for legitimate business purposes only.

Huevy is provided “as is” without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for damages, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from using the service.

Your use of Huevy is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will apply once published, and continued use indicates acceptance.
